How many of us have grown up with the fairy tales of “Happily Ever After”. Everything is just supposed to work out perfectly. Right? That’s how this story begins with Sophie’s dream of a fairy tale and everything working out perfectly. She takes that leap of faith as she invites three men to her wedding who could possibly be her real father and all the pieces of her life will fall magically into place.
BUT!!! Then the ups and downs of life happen so sometimes there’s tears, but there’s also laughter, smiles, hugs, a look down memory lane and of course love. Love for family, friends and let’s not forget self-love.
I can’t think of a better message to give to this amazing cast and to you the audience but to accept yourself for who you are, and where you are in life and just love yourself. We love you all!!!

Starlight’s Youth Theatre presents the musical, Mamma Mia! Inspired by the storytelling magic of ABBA’s songs, from “Dancing Queen” and “Take A Chance On Me” to “Super Trouper” and “Thank you For the Music,” Mamma Mia’s enchanting tale of family and friendship unfolds on a Greek Island paradise. Artistic Director, Cyn Strycharz, and Music Director, Deb Salli, lead a group of talented teens in grades 7-12 in this exciting production with performances at the Academy of Music in Northampton at 7:00 on May 5 and 1:00 and 7:00 on May 6.
